As an environmentally conscious operation, we take advantage of all our land and livestock have to offer. This includes meat, produce, flowers, tea,  preserves, grains and soy beans as well as the following:

Our Farm Fresh Certified Organic Free Range Eggs from organic free range chickens. Our hens have free run of the entire farm weather permitting and are fed only high quality organic feed, most of it grown right here on our farm. Sizes range from medium (L, XL) to Jumbo. Zeta Farm's Lambskins from Happy Certified Organic Lambs are fully machine washable and now available at Niagara Local Food Coop or at the farm. Lambskins make a great cozy cover for your favorite chair, car seat or anywhere. Seconds are also available at the farm. They often have minor flaws and are great as pet beds, for outdoor use or a more rustic look. 

Organic Spelt Spice Cookies are available at Niagara Local Food Coop as well as at the Welland Farmer's Market this summer. They are made with only the best organic ingredients, including our fresh organic free range eggs.
